Abstract

? ? Ultrafiltration was used to separate casein antihypertensive peptide solution, and the effects of ultrafiltration operating pressure, temperature and solution concentration on membrane permeability flux were studied. The results showed that ultrafiltration separated a peptide solution with a concentration of 5% at a pressure of 0.15mpa and a temperature of 0.15mpa. Under the condition of 45¡æ, the membrane permeation flux is relatively high; high-performance gel exclusion chromatography technology was used to analyze the relative molecular weight distribution of the ultrafiltration filtrate. The results show that ultrafiltration technology can achieve the separation of peptide components with different molecular weights; the ace inhibitory activity of the peptide ultrafiltration filtrate is improved.
