Abstract

In order to reduce the cost of cultivating Spirulina platensis, we conducted a culture experiment on Spirulina platensis using kitchen waste water treated with anaerobic-aerobic technology. Value of Spirulina platensis Viability. The results show that in the batch culture experiment, the culture of Spirulina platensis can be achieved after the kitchen water is diluted with appropriate dilution factors. When the kitchen water is diluted 6 times for sterilization and culture, the maximum biomass can be obtained is 1.314 g¡¤ L-1, and whether the water in the kitchen is sterilized or not has no obvious biomass difference in the culture of Spirulina platensis; in the photobioreactor culture experiment, Spirulina platensis was diluted 6 times in the kitchen without sterilization It can grow and reproduce normally in water, and the maximum biomass obtained is 1.129 g¡¤L-1. During the experimental culture process, the pH value of the culture solution was maintained at 9.0~9.3, and the DO value was 7.0~8.6 mg¡¤L-1; at the end of the culture period, all ammonia nitrogen in the culture solution was utilized, and total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphorus ( TP) utilized 24.401 and 0.957 mg¡¤L-1 respectively
